Muffin to it!

I love to bake from scratch

 but while I was straightening out my pantry I found apple cinnamon muffin mixes.

 I remembered I  had two bananas that were pretty ripe as well.

I also decided to add some more cinnamon with a dash of vanilla and chopped walnuts,

 they came out of the oven smelling like I had been baking for hours.
