Would you believe this Chocolate Peanut butter frosting is made with non fat yogurt, in place of the butter?
It sure doesn't look like low fat!
and it doesn't taste like low fat!
Low Fat Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe
1/2 cup non fat yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 Tablespoons milk
I added additional milk as needed, until it reached a silky smooth consistency, the result was a delicious, creamy, smooth and delicious frosting. No one believed there was yogurt in the frosting, They just kept commenting how delicious it was.
Guess that means we can have more cupcakes this way, right?
Looks fabulous!!
