Cranberry Stuffed Bread
Hollow out the bread with a thin knife, I just started by cutting the bread the length of my knife. I worked from each side and cut in a circle to cut the inside out.
I blended in a food processor
1/2 cup cranberries that I had heated on the stove for 2 minutes on medium, just to soften them
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 Tablespoons canned fire roasted diced green chiles
1/8 teaspoon salt
just blend until all items are incorporated, the cranberries don't need to be smooth.
stuff the cream cheese mixture into the bread and wrap them in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for an hour.
simply slice and serve. What a pretty appetizer,,that is quick and easy to assemble.
